Stay Beachside manages a small portfolio of holiday properties across Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Mermaid Beach, Burleigh Heads and the surrounding beachside suburbs.

We take on a limited number of properties so each one gets proper attention. Your property is listed across the major booking platforms and on this site, priced to the market, prepared and personally checked before every guest arrives, and managed under a licensed Queensland real estate agency with all funds held in a Queensland trust account.

  • Listing and channel management: your property listed and synced across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and staybeachside.com.au, with one calendar and no double bookings.
  • Dynamic pricing: rates adjusted to demand, school holidays, events and seasonality, so you are not leaving money on the table or sitting empty.
  • Cleaning, linen and restocking: professional turnover cleans, hotel-quality linen and replenished consumables before every arrival, with every room checked before each guest arrives.
  • Maintenance and inspections: routine checks, trades coordinated on your behalf, and issues reported to you as they arise.
  • Guest screening and house rules: bookings vetted, guest numbers enforced, and a strict no-parties policy on every property.
  • Seven-day guest support: guest communication handled by us, 9am to 5pm, seven days.
  • A digital guide for your property: a custom compendium covering parking, access, WiFi, appliances and check-out, which cuts guest questions and lifts reviews.
  • Owner reporting: clear monthly statements showing income, occupancy and expenses.
  • Licensed and trust-accounted: full management by a licensed Queensland real estate agent, with guest and owner funds held in a Queensland trust account.
