Stay Beachside is a Gold Coast holiday accommodation manager with a deliberately small, hand-picked portfolio of apartments and skyhomes in the coast’s best beachside suburbs.
We are not a booking site with a thousand listings. Every property in our collection has been inspected, styled and set up by us, and we manage each one directly. That means we know which apartment gets the afternoon light, which building has the good pool, and which street is quiet on a Saturday night, and we use that knowledge to help you choose the right property.
Our approach is simple. Choose good properties in good locations. Present them honestly. Prepare them properly. Then take care of the details so guests can simply enjoy their holiday.
Every stay is prepared the same way: professionally cleaned, made up with hotel-quality linen, and ready with a digital guide to your property covering parking, access, WiFi and how everything works. And if you need us, a real person is available seven days a week.
Behind the scenes, Stay Beachside operates under a licensed Queensland real estate agency. All guest and owner funds are held in a Queensland trust account. For guests, that means your money is safely held and properly accounted for. For owners, it means your income is too.
Who We Are
Stay Beachside is owned and run by Paul Trail, who brings more than ten years in property, investment, hospitality and short-stay management on the Gold Coast. Paul is a licensed Queensland real estate agent and the licensee of Stay Beachside’s corporate licence, so every property is managed under his direct supervision.
He started Stay Beachside because the coast was full of managers running hundreds of properties and very few running a small collection properly. The idea was straightforward: take on fewer properties, know each one well, and hold every stay to the standard we would want if we were the ones checking in.
We live and work on this coastline. We know the buildings, the streets and the seasons, and we manage every property personally. When you contact us, you reach the people who look after the place you are staying in.
